Screenshots360 is provided free of charge. Subject to your compliance with these terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software, at no cost, on as many Windows devices as you own or control, for personal or organizational use.

You are solely responsible for the content you capture with the Software. Do not use the Software to capture, store, or distribute content you do not have the right to capture, including content that violates another party's privacy, confidentiality obligations, or intellectual property rights.
4. No warranty
The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
