Screenshots360

How it works

From first click to finished document

No configuration, no templates to set up. Install it, start a session, and capture.

01

Start a session

Click Start Session and name your test case — e.g. "Login_Validation" or "Checkout_UAT". A small floating toolbar appears and stays on top of every window, ready whenever you are.

02

Capture screens

Test normally. When you see something worth recording, click Capture for a standard shot, Highlight or Multi-Highlight to mark specific areas, Snip for an exact region, or Full Page to stitch an entire scrolling browser page.

03

Add notes or highlights

Attach a short comment to the last screenshot if it needs context — it will appear directly beneath that step in the final document. Made a mistake? Undo the last capture with one click.

04

Export documentation

Click Stop, confirm any test data and the document name, and Screenshots360 generates a Word document automatically — cover page, numbered steps, and comments included — ready to attach to a ticket or share with your team.

Where your files go

Everything is saved locally under your Documents folder — organized by date and session name, with the exported Word document in its own output folder.
