1. The desktop application
Screenshots360 is a local-first Windows application. Screenshots, session folders, log files, and exported Word documents are written only to your local Documents folder (or a location you explicitly choose). The application does not upload captured images or documents to any server, and contains no analytics or telemetry code.
2. Network activity
The desktop application does not require an internet connection to capture, annotate, or export. It makes no outbound network requests during normal operation.
3. This website
This website serves informational pages and the installer download. It does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics by default. If analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly before they go live.
4. Information you provide directly
If you contact us via email or the Contact page, we retain that correspondence only to respond to your request and to improve the product. We do not sell or share this information with third parties.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
